New Ingredients Page Launches!

We're building a better ingredient page and we want to show you the first draft. You’ve always known that your Posh products are the best. Now you have a reliable, go-to resource to learn more about why we choose the ingredients we do.

From rich shea butter to soothing aloe vera, our new ingredients page gives you helpful details you can trust, whenever you want to know more.

Check it out! We're updating some of the product names, but you'll quickly see that two of our favorite ingredients at Posh are quality and transparency. 🩷

Leadership Call Recap

We had a packed leadership call last night with frontline leaders and monthly bonus earners. I’m so grateful for the feedback, ideas, and solutions we shared. Here’s your official recap and next steps:

System & Site Updates

  • Perk Points: All final Perks from the old system have been transferred. Some users are seeing a $0 display at checkout due to a visual bug, but your points are safe. Most cases are similar enough, that I believe that fixing one case will fix them all.
  • Posh Wallet: You’ll soon have access to a detailed Perks ledger (deposits, withdrawals, balances). A dashboard button will be added alongside the Team Center.
  • Advocate & Customer Profiles: Customers can now update their profiles. Advocate profile updates (email, phone, address) are coming next. Web alias updates will also be included.
  • Commission Tracking: Commission visibility is launching first. Withdrawals via I-Payout will follow once testing is complete. A longer-term solution is ready for testing but is at least a month away. I don't want too much change here too quickly. Let's get everyone who was using I-Payout back in so that they can get their money, then we'll plan the transition to a better, long-term situation.

Site Navigation & Shopping Experience

  • Product Display Improvements: We discussed how to improve the main Shop page by moving specific products to the front of the shop. Tools and apparel will be hidden from customers soon. We also discussed filters like “vegan,” “no fragrance added,” and sorting by price.
  • Cart Features: Great suggestion to add a “Continue Shopping” button. I put that on my list. We talked about gifting category ideas like “Gifts under $15.”
  • Login Experience: We’re fixing username confusion (email vs. firstname.lastname for customers). A proper logout button will be added. New accounts may eventually default to email-based usernames, but I'll find out first how to resolve login issues from customers who created accounts this week and have usernames that are firstname.lastname instead of email address.

Orders, Tracking, and Inventory

  • Order Visibility: Advocates will soon be able to view customer order status and tracking once a duplicate order number issue with the warehouse is resolved.
  • Inventory Accuracy: The new system automatically removes sold-out items. Our goal is no more manual toggles or oversells.
  • Product Formulations: Concerns about the new BFF logo/formulation were noted. I’ll review stock levels and confirm how much of the old version is left and why the new version has already begun shipping.
  • Expiration Dates: We will look into improving how expiration or “best by” dates appear on packaging with our various manufacturers.

Communication and Support

  • Notifications: Order and system notifications for advocates via email (SendGrid) will resume soon. Templates are being migrated now.
  • Customer Help: Customers can now view their recent orders in the customer dashboard. Additional details are coming after Perks and order number tracking are finalized.
  • Strategic Suggestions: For immediate issues, contact Mandy in support directly. For bigger-picture ideas, email me directly so we can plan and prioritize.

What’s Next

  • Finalize Perk display and enable earning from new orders
  • Launch wallet and commission dashboards
  • Continue resolving login and profile update flow
  • Improve filters, categories, and product discoverability on the Shop page
  • Add enhancements to the Join page, including language clarifying it’s free to join Posh
  • Lay groundwork for Fall 2025 regional events and UnCon 2026

Commissions Update

Happy Wednesday, everybody!

I'm focusing today on getting Commission Points visible and available for you to use. Here is the plan:

  1. Load final commissions account balances from our previous system into the database of our new system. This includes one line for your "balance forward" which is what your commissions account balance was before the last commission run on July 23, 2025, and a line for July 23rd commissions (for orders from the previous week in the previous system). This is done.
  2. Load Commissions Points into Checkout. Make your commissions points balance available for you to use on orders. This is in process right now.
  3. Update all Posh Wallets with Commissions Points for orders in the new system from July 18-26. And make the Posh Wallet accessible to all advocates. This is where you will see transactions for your Perks Points and Commissions Points.This is next.
  4. Connect i-Payout to Posh Wallet so that you can transfer Commissions Points into your i-Payout account.
  5. As I mentioned in the earlier update. I am pushing to get i-Payout connected right now because it will be the quickest option for most people to get their money the soonest. However, I have a long-term solution that will replace i-Payout that I would like to launch in the next several weeks.

UnCon Products!

Good morning!

I’m on a plane this morning, working through my Sunday project list. I ran into a few order reconciliation hiccups yesterday, but everything’s back on track and moving forward today.

I’ve got about three hours of tasks like this (see photo), so I’d love to hear from you! If you received new products at UnCon or your recent order just arrived, give me your reviews. What do you think of the new products, and which one is your new favorite?

New Account Icon

While I'm auditing line items for June and July orders, I made an improvement to the account icon on the home page. By default, it was linked to the login screen. So if you were already logged in and clicked the user icon, you were probably asked to log in again.

The new icon (pink, of course) recognizes if you're already logged in and sends you to the right place, either the Advocate Dashboard or the new Customer Dashboard. I'll keep adding more features to both, but hopefully directing you to the correct dashboard instead of asking you to log in again is better.

The Brazilian Bombshell Snarky Bar had the wrong product title and wrong image. Both have been corrected. It is "Cupuacu-Loaded."

June and July Order Imports in Progress

4:35 AM: I’m currently importing all orders from June and July 2025. You may see some of your order numbers already in the system as placeholders, but line items and order totals haven’t been added yet. Those will be posted later today. I stayed up through the night and got as far as I could. I need to sleep for a few hours, and then I’ll be back at it to finish the job. Thanks for your patience. We're almost there.

Perks Points Expiration Fixed

This morning I discovered that some of the Perks Points I imported last night had a timestamp of all zeroes. That made our system think those Perks were over 2,000 years old, and it tried to be helpful by expiring them. 🤦

I’ve fixed every affected entry and applied the correct date, so Perks should now be showing for everyone who has them. If you’re still not seeing your Perks or run into any issues using them, don’t worry, we’ve got you. We have full control of the information and will make sure your Perks are fully available to you.

I'll be posting to Posh News more than once today. Here are my current projects from yesterday and today for the website (as of 11:42 AM Pacific):

  1. Fix specific cases with web alias redirect and appended product or site links ✅ DONE
  2. Update date for imported Perks to extend auto expiration ✅ DONE
  3. Testing of Perks Points and Commissions Points registers to allow advocates to see their points balances ✅ DONE
  4. Add additional corporate team member accounts for Ops and Accounting ✅ DONE
  5. Finish import of June and July orders from previous system 🔄 In Process. Currently reconciling line items, QV, and CV for each order.
  6. Reconcile commissions balances for advocates with Commissions Points in the previous system who did not spend or transfer those points out. 🔄 In Process

  14. My immediate goal is for all of the above to be finished and accessible to advocates in the next 24 hours. The toughest one is to finish the Transfer function, but I will post a progress report this evening for all of the items above.

Afternoon Check-In

Quick check-in on progress on today's website items above:

  1. Finish import of June and July orders from previous system 🔄 In Process. Currently reconciling line items, QV, and CV for each order.
    I'm on the last step now, which is auditing all of the line items in these orders. The full table is over 2,000,000 lines long so this part takes a while, but I need to make sure it's accurate. Give me the full day today to make sure these are right. If you see anything weird with your order history and sales history today, I promise it will be clean and correct in the very, very near future. I'll let you know when we are at that point.
  2. Reconcile commissions balances for advocates with Commissions Points in the previous system who did not spend or transfer those points out. 🔄 In Process
    This is staged to run next, but I won't do that until the orders and line items are done.

After these are done, numbers 7 and 10 are really part of the same process. Then I'll do number 8. That's the one I'm excited for.

Customer Login Redirect Fixed

We’ve updated the login redirect for customers! Previously, some customers landed on a confusing screen that said “X Missing Posh ID.” This just meant they weren’t logged in as Advocates, but it wasn’t clear.

Now, when customers log in, they’ll go straight to the Shop page. Simple, seamless, and no more mystery.

We’re also working on a new customer dashboard that will include order history, saved addresses, and more. Stay tuned!

Credit Card Processing Issue Identified
After escalating several situations to our credit card processor, we learned that they were automatically declining transactions over a certain amount. That should not have happened and we apologize sincerely for their mistake. And while that limit has now been raised, please do not hesitate to contact us if your credit card is declined incorrectly - support@perfectlyposh.com.

Several website bugs were solved today, including:
• Names with apostrophes now display correctly in the advocate search results and in the footer
• Adding product to your cart from search now works as it should
• You can now access the single product pages

Password Reset Email Sent to Customers
We sent an email to all customers of record to reset their passwords in our new website. They will need access to their accounts to use and accrue Perks Points.
