Good news! You can now transfer your Commissions Points directly from your Posh Wallet to iPayout.
If you already have an iPayout account, you’re all set to go. If you still need to set up an iPayout account, I am verifying that process today.
Now that this is finally working, today I will also process:
If something doesn’t look right or your transfer gives you any trouble, just send an email to support@poshmailbox.com. That way we can track it down and get it fixed for you as quickly as possible. I have already received a few inquiries about commissions balances which I am working on today.

If you run into an error when making a transfer, you’ll now see helpful messages based on the response we get back from iPayout. For example, if your iPayout account isn’t set up yet, you’ll be guided to create one.

Here is a quick update on where things stand right now. My highest priority is reconstructing your accurate transaction history. I assumed that transferring balances straight over from the other system wouldn't have any issues, but your feedback says otherwise. So I'll rebuild your balances to be sure.

2:05 PM Pacific: We are currently investigating a credit card processing issue affecting all orders this afternoon. The problem originates with our credit card processor and is not related to our website or customers’ credit cards. We will share updates as soon as more information is available.
2:15 PM Pacific: We've contacted our credit card processor (LPT). They are investigating. If we need to extend Buy 5 because of this, we certainly will. Stay tuned.
3:30 PM Pacific: The issue has been found and resolved.
Great news. The conversion to HPOS is complete! Order histories are now accurate for nearly everyone. I do have a small group of orders from our previous system that they didn’t process correctly for Lifetime Sales and commissions, and some recent guest orders that I'll follow up on, but I’m working through each one of them. Once those are fixed, everything will be fully up to date.
The Posh Wallet is live and in final testing. Your Perks Points and Commissions Points balances have been carried forward from July 18, and are in your accounts. Next, I’ll be adding the weekly personal commission and mentor bonus batches for the weeks ending July 19, July 26, and August 2.
Even though I'm being very thorough, if you see something that doesn't look right, like a strange order or even one that’s missing, please don’t panic. Let us know. We have complete control and the ability to make it right. The way I’ve set up the Pay Plan makes it easy for me to correct orders, even after the fact, and make sure your numbers are exactly where they should be. We’re in the home stretch, and everything is coming together beautifully.

This morning I'm checking order details to make sure that they are appearing in your order histories with the correct sales total, and that sales total is being added to your Lifetime Sales.
The next step is to run the rank updater, which will be fun for everybody.

I want to give you a clear, confident update on what’s happening behind the scenes.
Right now, I’m in the middle of a very precise, very deliberate process: I’m adding historical line items to orders that were imported from our previous system. These are mostly from June and July 2025, but to do this right, I’m going all the way back to April 2024. Why? Because this is how I ensure your lifetime sales are 100% accurate. And lifetime sales drive your rank, which drives everything from commissions to perks to recognition. This must be perfect before I activate the Posh Wallet with your commission points. No shortcuts. No mistakes. Just clean, correct data that you can count on.
Order history with details, then ranks and commissions, then the Posh Wallet with updated Perks Points and Commissions Points, then i-Payout. In that order, the right way.
Yes, this is a lot of work. But I’m built for it. I’m not just the founder of this company. I’m the architect of the business rules and the architect and programmer for the database and PHP logic that power the entire engine. I know exactly what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and how to make it perfect.
Now, let’s address something I heard yesterday. Someone messaged me saying they heard a rumor that Posh is going out of business again because we’re running a few sales and because commissions have been delayed.
I know why someone would feel that way. And why bad memories from the past would rise to the surface again. I know because I was the target of those rumors many years ago and I spent 7 years, 2 months, and 19 days climbing out of that pit.
I knew the rumors weren't true, but now history shows us that.
In fact, history shows us that the people who started those rumors did so for their own benefit, to get me fired, and then they drove the company into the ground. They aren’t smart enough. They aren’t strong enough. And they definitely aren’t willing to do what I do.
Well, they’re gone now. And I won’t even say their names. They don’t exist in my world. I have too much work to do to make Posh into what I always meant for it to be. And I would rather spend my time getting to know you, creating pampering products and a great website, going on incentive trips, and building something we can all be proud to be a part of.
Yes, waiting for commissions sucks. I know that. I feel it every single minute. I carry the weight of thousands of people and their teams and customers on my shoulders right now. But this is working. Order histories are updating. Ranks will be accurate. Commission points are real and will be delivered.
And the most important thing? I'm not going anywhere. This is my home. We are finally free of the people who traumatized you and me for their own benefit. Now we get to build what Posh was always meant to be.
