Perfectly Posh Minimum Sales Requirement (MSR)

Who has a Minimum Sales Requirement?

MSR applies only to Advocates who have a team of at least one branch and are eligible to earn a Mentor Bonus each week.

If you do not have any Advocates below you, then you only need $100 in personal Sales every 12 months to keep your account active.

The Rule

If you are eligible to be paid a Mentor Bonus on Advocates in a branch, you must remain active enough to keep that entire branch positioned under you.

MSR Categories

Your MSR category is based on the highest rank in each branch that qualifies for Mentor Bonus. Meeting the requirement for a category covers all branches within that category.

Highest Rank in Branch Minimum Sales Requirement (2 months)
Ranks 1-4 $0
Rank 5 $100
Ranks 6-8 $300
Rank 9 $500
Ranks 10+ $800

MSR Explained

  • MSR is a minimum personal Sales amount (QV) that a leader must get every two months to keep branches of their team.
  • MSR is based only on your personal Sales (QV). Team sales do not count toward MSR.
  • Your Sales count the combined total of the two months, not each month individually.
  • MSR looks at your personal Sales from this month and last month combined.
  • As a new month begins, simply focus on the current month and the previous month.
  • MSR puts your branches into one of five categories: Ranks 1-4, Rank 5, Ranks 6-8, Rank 9, and Ranks 10+.
  • MSR applies only if you are eligible to earn a Mentor Bonus.
  • If MSR is not met for a branch, that entire branch of Advocates rolls up to the next eligible leader above you.
  • It is possible to keep some branches and lose others. It is not all branches or nothing.
  • Your MSR clock starts at the beginning of the next two-month period after you first become eligible to earn Mentor Bonus from a branch. Example: If someone reaches Rank 5 on January 15th and you are eligible for Mentor Bonus on their Sales, your first MSR period begins with February + March.

What is a Branch?

A branch starts with one person you personally sponsored, and includes everyone below that person as well.

For example, if you personally sponsored three people, you have three branches. However, if you sponsor one person and they sponsor two more below them, you still have three people total in your team, but they are all in one branch, not three.

Branches are created only by the Advocates you personally sponsor. Everyone below them remains part of that same branch.

How MSR is Calculated

  • Each branch fits into one of the five MSR categories above.
  • The MSR category for a branch is based on the highest rank in that branch that qualifies for Mentor Bonus. Note: This might not be the person you sponsored directly. It could be someone below them.
  • If a higher rank exists below you but you are not paid Mentor Bonus on that Advocate's sales, that Advocate's rank does not affect the MSR category for that branch for you.

Example

Someone in your team is a Rank 5 Advocate, but they are Down 5 from you, which means they are five levels below you in your team.

This Rank 5 Advocate does not affect your personal MSR. But since Rank 5 Advocates pay a Mentor Bonus up three levels, the three Advocates immediately above that Advocate do have an MSR affected by that Rank 5 Advocate.

If You Miss MSR

The entire branch rolls up to the next eligible leader above you. This cannot be reversed.

After roll up, the branch is no longer positioned under you for Mentor Bonus or any other purposes.

What “Roll Up” Means

  • The Sponsor is changed for the Advocate at the top of the branch, and the entire branch moves with them.
  • You stop earning Mentor Bonus on Sales from all Advocates in that branch.

Your MSR Tracker

Your dashboard tracker is the single source of truth and updates automatically as sales occur.

  • Current sales period (this month and last month)
  • Your eligible personal sales (QV)
  • Total required MSR for this two-month period
  • Sales needed to keep branches
  • Any branches at risk

What To Do Now

  1. Open your Advocate Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Minimum Sales Requirement tracker.
  3. Confirm that “Branches at risk” is 0.
  4. If sales are needed, plan to get your Sales submitted before the two-month period ends.

Bottom Line

If you want to earn Mentor Bonus from a branch, you must stay active enough to keep that branch positioned under you. Every Advocate deserves a leader that stays engaged and active. MSR protects your business and rewards active leadership.
