Just after our leadership call last night, I started work on a payment issue we were having yesterday with our checkout page. Today I put the checkout page into maintenance mode because we're still working on it. I’ve been at it for 19 hours straight, and had help from 3 other experts so far. We haven’t solved it yet, but we will. I know that’s frustrating, and believe me, I feel it too. It will be fixed the right way so it’s reliable going forward.
Even with today’s setback, I’m really optimistic about where we’re headed together. We’ve got big things in motion and I can’t wait to share more with you soon, including the Posh Punch Card that I've been testing, some new actions for the Action Drawer, and some other fun things I have lined up for September, October, November, and December.
I also want to add that today we all need a good reminder to slow down. Take a little time for self-care, and be with the people you love. Hug your family, spend a moment with friends, and pamper yourself with something that feels good. No matter our politics or opinions, we’re all in this together.

Now you'll get all of these features when you click on an order number in your Recent Orders!
I hope that this helps us give better customer service and makes getting order information more mobile-friendly. It also gives secure access and real-time tracking with everything in one place!

Perks Points are now added to new orders in real time. If your order is 50 QV or more, you will see two lines in your Posh Wallet for that order. The first line is for 10% of the QV value of the order, and the second line is Bonus Perks Points for larger orders:
Now that this is working going forward, I'll add and check Perks Points for all orders from July 18th through August 31st.

If you already have an iPayout account, you’re all set to go. If you still need to set up an iPayout account, I am verifying that process today.

If something doesn’t look right or your transfer gives you any trouble, just send an email to support@poshmailbox.com. That way we can track it down and get it fixed for you as quickly as possible. I have already received a few inquiries about commissions balances which I am working on today.

If you run into an error when making a transfer, you’ll now see helpful messages based on the response we get back from iPayout. For example, if your iPayout account isn’t set up yet, you’ll be guided to create one.
If it’s another type of issue, you’ll see a clear explanation of what went wrong. Thank you for continuing to send in support tickets. They make it much easier for me to track and fix things quickly!
